Boss Nass, or by his given name, Rugor, is the Gungan Boss at the time of the battle of Naboo. He was present at Padme's funeral. He had an enormous mouth that he could use to spray water in all directions, similar to a dog. He must have been very stupid or a Sith Lord because he gave the Sith Lord Darth Jar Jar the role of bombad general.

Rugor Nass was a Gungan who was elected for the role of Boss. Or is self proclaimed. We don't know. Anyway, He was a boss around the time of the Battle of Naboo.
