I'm too weak! is a memorable quote whined by Sheev Palpatine after Mace Windu reflected enough of Sheev's Force Lightning at him. Shortly after this, Anakin cuts off Mace’s arm, which then leads Sheev to quickly change his mind and use more lightning whilst screaming "Unlimited power!" It is also commonly used as a reaction image signifying weakness, usually ironically.
